Alyss Saphir Cambronne Eiffel Hotel - Paris

The staff was friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

Unfortunately, the room was quite small and cramped. We had ongoing issues with the key card, made access to our room frustrating. The fridge was dirty and not functional, raising concerns about cleanliness.

The units are warm, brand-new.

wonderful hotel, fairly clean, outstandingly accommodating staff, location in the city center was marvellous. location short walk to metro, a smaller shopping-street and restaurants and supermarket. nearby naturellement - great place to chill out.

The location was super convenient, just 8 minutes to the metro 👍 The room was clean, but it was a struggle with the key card and breakfast was a bit boring. Missed breakfast the first day too!

very helpful staff with good english, room cleaned each day we were there, close to the metro, walking distance to the eiffel tower!

did not get the breakfast as it wasnt very good value for money, but that said, breakfast in paris isnt value for money in general!

Very clean rooms, quite location, staff were very helpful, less than 5 minutes walk from metro station, 15 minutes walk to Eiffel tower, enjoy the breakfast in a nice cafe cross the street.

The room was smaller than expected, even for paris. The key card always malfunctioned, quite inconvenient. I almost considered leaving a positive review until staff ignored my request for an upgrade after all those issues. This proves they can't prioritize thier guests and its unacceptable.

The room is really small, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check out a little later due to our train schedule.

It requires some walking to the metro station, which was not so friendly for people with luggage.

Very helpful staff, there was never a question unanswered. Rooms were nice and clean and it was in a great location for shops and the Metro.

It is only a small thing but the breakfast was a little too expensive so we tended to skip it

I highly recommend trying the breakfast buffet. It's simple yet filling and starts your day off right. Plus, the staff are accommodating.

Hotel was great. Nice and clean room. Easy to get around. Great Kebap shop down the road.

Was a little noisy with the windows open. We had a flight out of Paris Orly and asked the hotel reception whether we were better to get a cab or take the shuttle they were selling. Had looked online and seen the taxi was about 25 but the hotel staff told us it would be so much more as it was at least an hour away so we paid the 34 euro for the shuttle for 2 people to discover it was only 15 mins away. So we were ripped off there.

The WIFI is connected only for 15 minutes. It should be unlimited.

It was a good match for a brief retreat in Paris with a great price-value balance. The staff was cute and quick to assist when I needed an extra towel. Consider bringing your own snacks as the dining options are limited nearby.

Comfortable, good location - close to metro stations at not far from the Eiffel Tower

This hotel is in an excellent location and is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is very clean. The room is small and if you are staying in summer time the air conditioning is useless and can be described as a plug in fan serving no purpose.
